Berry Farm offers a beautifully renovated farmhouse bed and breakfast holiday accommodation in the heart of the North Devon countryside, right on the edge of Exmoor.
The house itself offers a Twin Bedroom with ensuite shower, loo and basin and a Double Bedroom with ensuite shower, loo and basin. Both rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions. Relax at the end of a long day walking or cycling on Exmoor, or swimming from one of the many beautiful North Devon beaches in our lovely sittingroom with an open fireplace overlooking the garden. Then enjoy our thick fluffy towels before bedding down for the night on our luxury cotton sheets!
Breakfast will be laid out in the dining room each morning, consisting of fresh fruit, cereal and croissants or for those with a hearty appetite, we can offer you cooked breakfast using locally sourced foods.
The farmhouse features an attractive garden with breathtaking views over the rolling countryside, which guests are welcome to sit in and soak up the quiet ambience. There are a good selection of pubs within easy reach by car.
There is internet access in the house and ample offroad parking. We can also offer a secure lockup barn for surfboards and bicycles.

The Farmhouse, yard and American barn stabling have been completely renovated and offer very comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet hamlet with a network of bridleways and footpaths following the Tarka Trial along spectacular valleys in the heart of the North Devon countryside close to Exmoor and historic and picturesque North Devon Heritage Coastline.
The heart of Exmoor ( Simonsbath) is a 15 minute drive to the East and the West coast (Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe) and the wonderful craggy North Devon coast are also within easy reach – so whether it be surfing, walking along sandy beaches, following the coastal paths, catching a ferry to Lundy Island, cycling or riding across Exmoor with sightings of Red deer and ponies or playing a round of golf locally there should never be a dull moment.
It is also an ideal place to stay to visit the many beautiful gardens ( RHS Rosemoor, Arlington Court, Marwood etc) or places of historic interest such as Dunster Castle, Arlington Court, Clovelly whatever the weather there is plenty to see and do.
